- What’s your go-to guilty pleasure meal or snack after a long day of training? My guilty pleasure? Pizza! And when it comes to snacks, a bit of chocolate is my go-to treat.
- Beyond the gym, what’s your favorite way to unwind and recharge? When it’s time to unwind and recharge, I turn to video games. Whether it’s conquering virtual worlds or simply enjoying the immersive experience, gaming provides the perfect escape for me.
- If you could train anyone in the world, alive or historical figure, who would it be and why? I would train Adele because she is so focused and committed that she was able to lose so much weight in such a short period of time. Commitment is the key. Plus I’m sure that I would engage in delightful conversations together as we would have a similar sense of humor.
- What’s a hobby or interest of yours that might surprise people who only know you as a trainer? Beyond the gym, I have a unique interest—learning Brazilian Portuguese. I love exploring new languages!
- If you were a workout move, which one would best describe your personality and why? Squat, a basic movement that can be adapted to different needs and goals in all his variations and that requires to keep your core together while expressing strength in a highly integrated movement that involves all your body.
