Her approach isn’t just about sets and reps; it’s about finding the balance between work and play, health and enjoyment. Sandra’s clients don’t just exercise; they embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through her guidance, they learn not only to move their bodies but also to navigate the intricacies of life, finding harmony and purpose in every step.
Her mantra:
Yet, what truly sets Sandra apart is her unwavering resilience and her powerful mantra: “I may be struggling but I am not failing – wash, rinse and repeat.” These words aren’t just a saying; they’re a testament to her philosophy, both in training and life. Sandra understands that setbacks are part of the journey. It’s not about avoiding them but about embracing them as opportunities for growth.
Her mantra resonates not only with her clients but also with her own life. Sandra embodies the spirit of perseverance, constantly learning, adapting, and evolving. She faces challenges head-on, turning obstacles into stepping stones on her path to personal and professional growth.
Five questions with Sandra:
- What’s your go-to guilty pleasure meal or snack after a long day of training? My guilty pleasure is rice cake with peanut butter and crispy chilli oil.
- Beyond the gym, what’s your favorite way to unwind and recharge? Beyond gym I like going to the nature and cooking good food.
- If you could train anyone in the world, alive or historical figure, who would it be and why? I would train Ronda Rousey. Her paving the way for women in martial arts has given me a lot of inspiration and courage to train and compete in martial arts.
- What’s a hobby or interest of yours that might surprise people who only know you as a trainer? Opposite to my sporty side I am very interested in fashion and cooking.
- If you were a workout move, which one would best describe your personality and why? I think the best move to describe my personality would be ‘’burpee’’. Burpee is a dynamic and full-body exercise that involves multiple movements. It requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to coordinate different elements seamlessly. Much like my personality a burpee captures the spirit of my vibrant and multifaceted personality.
At ONE Human Performance Institute, Sandra isn’t just a trainer; she’s a testament to the human spirit, a reminder that with resilience, dedication, and a smile, anything is possible.
