In a unique Q&A, Dara shared insights that reveal mor about his character:
- What’s your go-to guilty pleasure meal or snack after a long day? “My go to guilty snack is unfortunately anything sweet. Chocolate or ice cream probably tops the list.”
- Beyond the gym, what’s your favorite way to unwind and recharge? “I like to unwind by keeping active when I can, this works best for me to switch off for a while! I’m enjoying exploring the Netherlands, but also enjoy running and reading in my time off.”
- If you could train anyone in the world, alive or historical figure, who would it be and why? “Without a doubt I would train Muhammad Ali! His charisma and energy can’t be matched. I also believe I’d learn a lot in an hour with him.”
- What’s a hobby or interest of yours that might surprise people who only know you as a trainer? “Our Spanish speaking clients know that I back myself as a part time linguist. I enjoy learning about different cultures; foods, traditions and people, and probably will make a bad attempt at speaking the language.
