Sebastian’s story isn’t just about shedding pounds or gaining muscle; it’s about a complete lifestyle overhaul. “Chase Greatness” isn’t just a phrase for him; it’s a guiding principle. Having experienced firsthand the life-changing power of strength training,<\/a> Sebastian knew that he wanted to leverage his experience to help others. “I’ve walked that path,” he says, “and I want to make that journey easier for my clients.” Another mantra close to Sebastian’s heart and humor is “Bigger bicep, bigger opportunities”, proof that muscles might just be the secret to unlocking life’s grander possibilities (or at least a good conversation starter)!<\/p>\n

What sets Sebastian apart isn’t just his certifications or expertise; it’s his personal journey. “I know the arduous journey from being very overweight and unhealthy to a healthier and better version of myself – Sebastian 2.0,” he shares. “And I want to show my clients the direct route with as few detours as possible.”<\/p>\n

Five questions with Sebastian:<\/h2>\n

  1. What’s your go-to guilty pleasure meal or snack after a long day of training?<\/strong> I love any kind of food. But my go-to before bed snack is curd\/yoghurt + protein dip (50g protein powder mixed with 50ml water) + fresh berries + cinnamon.<\/li>\n
  2. Beyond the gym, what’s your favorite way to unwind and recharge?<\/strong> Definitely cooking. Trying out new recipes and food combinations and then enjoying them.<\/li>\n
  3. If you could train anyone in the world, alive or historical figure, who would it be and why?<\/strong> A head-to-head race between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Both are incredibly inspiring for me.<\/li>\n
  4. What’s a hobby or interest of yours that might surprise people who only know you as a trainer?<\/strong> I like to draw and illustrate.<\/li>\n
  5. If you were a workout move, which one would best describe your personality and why?<\/strong> The pull-up. Honest. Direct. Powerful. And once you’ve mastered it, it can become your best friend.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
